The project's goal was to create a country house and landscape that are easy to maintain and require minimal care, visited only a few times in the summer. The plot, with a height difference of 7 meters, was zoned into areas for relaxation with flower beds, fruit bushes and trees, and vegetable gardens. The plot was reinforced with retaining walls, paved, and provided with access roads to the house, along with guest parking areas for several cars. Engineering systems for irrigation, video surveillance, electricity, and lighting were installed. Grass mowing was planned for the upper and lower points of the plot during the summer.
The landscape is maximally simple, convenient, and high-quality for the movement of residents of different age categories. A separate project for the fence on the sloping territory was created. Plants were chosen for the northwestern region, suitable for comfortable wintering and summer conditions.
